 AMY MATYSIO Great news for Amy as we are ½ way through 2010, the web-series she created has been green-lit for a TV pilot on CHUM/City TV. We can add Show Creator; Writer; Producer and Lead to her amazing list of credits. Amy has also been nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award again this year! On the theatrical scene this year, Amy has performed in 3 productions: Peter Pan, Cleopatra ( in the role of Cleopatra) and in the one-woman show The Syringa Tree. I had the privilege of seeing Amy in The Syringa Tree this winter in Regina. She portrayed 26 different characters of all ages, using 15 different South African dialects. It was astonishing. Amy is truly a ‘tour de force’. And as I type this update, Amy is flying back from LA to do her 3rd role in Little Mosque on the Prairie! Hailing from Saskatachewan with past credits including: Just Friends, 2Human, Redemption, Move Closer, I'll be Seeing You, Moccasin Flats, the Tommy Douglas Story, Corner Gas, Renegade Press and the list goes on... When she passes through Vancouver she books some more: The Englishman's Boy, Little Mosque on the Prairie and a great role playing Woody Harrelson's wife in Ferris Wheel.  CALUM WORTHY 2009 was a very busy year for Calum and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down as we are ½ way into 2010. Calum has just returned to LA to shoot a Series Regular role in a new pilot with Ed Asner, Tom Arnold and Bobby Lee. He recently wrapped on The Big Year and had an amazing time shooting in the Yukon with Steve Martin, Jack Black, Owen Wilson and his brother Andrew Wilson! Somewhere between the two projects he fit in a MOW- Bond of Silence. Earlier in 2010 Calum had a nice Supporting role in the independent film Daydream Nation, followed by Guest Starring role on the new series Tower Prep. 2009 offered Calum Guest Starring roles on Caprica, Flashpoint and Smallville (playing the infamous “Lightening Lad”!) Other 2009 credits included: Supernatural, and the Cable Features: The Best Player and Freshman Father. Calum recently won both a Leo Award and a Young Artist Award –for Leading Actor in a TV Series for his work in the Australia-Canada-Singapore production - Stormworld. Calum has been away in Australia for the last few months, starring as one of the Leads in the new series Stormworld. Watch for it on CTV! Before leaving for down under Calum was shooting Safety Glass, Race for the Cure, Killer Eyes and the short films: Smile and Valentine. We are thrilled to be representing this enormous talent - since joining CTM, Calum has booked : Psych, Mimzy, Kyle XY, Road to Redemption, Deck the halls and most recently a series regular role on Left Coast!  MICHAEL ADAMTHWAITE As we have come to expect from Michael, with each passing year, he continues to create and build his body of work in Film, TV and Voice. Michael has recently signed on to a great new voice series in a leading role which we unfortunately are not allowed to ‘name’. Also in the voice world, Michael has lent his voice to: Haydee Hytop; Gundum; Inuyasha; Flash & Dash; Ultra Violet; Dinosaur Train; Body Powers; Splinter Cell; Sylvan; Lionelville; Superbook and Ninja 2,3,4. In the land of Features, Michael added credits on New Moon; Sucker Punch; Smoking Aces 2; Repeaters; Behemoth, Michael recently wrapped a nice Guest Staring role on Sanctuary, as well as roles on Smallville, The Good Wife and Reaper and the mini-series Riverworld. This multi-talented actor, writer, painter took on the challenge of producing his own short film this year, which is currently in post. Way to go Michael. We love it when our actors create their own work. Michael has again, amazed us with his track record, booking roles on Flash Gordon, Walk All over Me, LoveMoney, Watchmen, Intelligence, Men in Trees and Sanctuary. Voice bookings this year have included Nana, Death Note, Sword of the Stranger, Marvel series Hulk and the Lead role of Zeke on Zeke's Pad, a new 36 episode series. But best of all, he added another wee one to his family, the lovely Lily Amelia Elanore Congratulations are also in order, for the 2nd year in a row, Michael has been nominated for a Leo - Best Male Actor, Dramatic series. Michael just keeps on getting the job done. Besides his enormous talent as an artist and a writer, Michael's recent credits include: a recurring role on Whistler, Lesser Evil, Just a Girl, Amber Alert, Saved, Numb, Psych, Sandlot, Catch & Release, Like Mike 2, Black Christmas, Bloodties and Sanctuary. He has also given life to voices in the animation series: George of the Jungle; Fantastic Four & Ghost in the Shell. Oh and most important Michael became a dad with the arrival Hands, Paci , Dragon Boys, 88 Minutes, Evidence, as well as doing voice over on the series; Transformers, Firehouse Tails, Gundam Seed, and Hikara No Go. Derek has also seriously begun writing and directing web series and will be launching his own Web Channel later this year. He and his writing partner Kelly May have been doing some serious work on the creation side of things and we look forward to seeing where that leads. Derek has had another fun year living the dream in Santa Monica, California. Most recently returned to Toronto to be apart of Howie Mandel's new show "Howie Do It" He also had fun with the Supporting Lead role of Tyler on the feature film Mulligans, shooting in his old home town of Victoria, BC. His Sketch Comedy troupe has had a' greats son year creating and sh ooting a pilot for the new tv series "Preppie Hippies" Last summer Derek was in Toronto shooting 13 episodes of "Marriage Under Construction", and right afJack Gallager in the series Promoza. Derek's other cres son Jack Gallager in the series Promoza. Derek's other credits include: L-Word, Whistler, Host of Design to Win on HGTV, NBC's American Dreams and WB's Sabrina the Teenage Witch.  CHARLIE DAVID Charlie spent much of his last year traveling the world while shooting Season 4 of Bump! and will be heading out again for Season 5 in September. Currently Charlie is in Africa where he is starting his own travel company Charlie David Travel… check it out on www.charliedavidtravel.com. Charlie also shot 2 Frogs in Whistler with his good friend Dany Papineau and later this summer Charlie will be one of the Leads in the new film Judas Kiss. On the literary front, over the past year Charlie has had two books published “Mulligans” and “Boy Midflight” and is now workong on an anthology of supernatural stories entitled “Shadowlands” - which has a TV show component as well. In his off times, which are rare, Charlie continues his writing and has been creating a cooking show which will be delicious I am sure! Another really really busy year for Charlie. His film Mulligans (writer, co-producer, actor) was filmed summer 07 in Victoria BC. Preceeded by the 3rd season of Dante's Cove and followed by another season of Bump! Dante's Cove Season 4 will be going to camera in January, so things don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon for Charlie. Charlie David continues to be a huge force in the gay market, named one of OUT magazines top 100 out gay celebrities making a difference. Charlie did the 2nd season of Dante's Cove last spring in hawaii and is booked to return this spring. He also hosts Bump! a travel show that takes him around the world and is slated to do another 13 episodes starting this winter. Recently Charlie booked the Four Letter Word, Kiss the Bride and Ugly Betty!! Charlie has been featured and on the cover of numerous magazines this fall including Genre, Scene, Instinct, Out, In Los Angeles, HX, Buzz, YGA, Travel Guide, and others. Star of the new soap opera Dante's Cove and can be seen this season on TermCity, Godiva's, and Crash Test Mommy. It was a wonderful experience for Aliza and took her right through high school into her 1st year University. On her off times, Aliza shot an episode of The Troop and had a nice role on The Cult. She also tried her hand as a Bollywood dancer on Fathers And Sons. Congrats go out to 17 year old Aliza as she is in the middle of season 3 on Little Mosque on the Prairie. JASON BENSON Over the past while Jason has kept busy with parts on Smallville; Sanctuary and American Pie Book of Love. Jason has added My Fair Eddy, Reaper, Robson Arms and a CTV Docudrama to his credits this year. Jason added Masters of Horror and Supernatural to his credits Jason has recently enjoyed roles on Hard Corps, Killer Instinct, 4400, Bloody Mary, Stargate SG1, and Smallville.  SEAN ROCHE Sean has been hanging around waiting for his braces to come off for the past 2 years and yay he just booked a role in the new feature Rise of the Apes Sean has had another good solid year with bookings on 4400 and a great role on the new series The Guard! Keep at it Sean & you are a star in the making. Sean Roche booked a role on Battlestar Galactica and Masters of Horror", and had a great Lead role in a wonderful short film that is getting a lot of attention: Valentine's Day. Sean has been busy getting experience in the indie world with three short films: Pray Ahab, A Season Without Hockey and Cam Girl.  JOEY ROCHE Our little Joey is growing up… he finally reached the double digits and just booked a role with his brother on Rise of the Apes…. Joey is excited to be shooting his first big part in the upcoming movie of the week Home for the Holidays. booked his first acting part in Insider Trading. Way to go Joey!  OL BRAMBLE OL has caught a wave this year with recent credits on Smallville, Hellcats and Fairly Odd Parents. Yay OL. OL added Painkiller Jane to this resume this year. OL is starting to pick up the credits with a role on Butterfly on a Wheel, Masters of Science Fiction and Psych. Congrats for roles on Godiva's and The Dead Zone.  TOM ORR LONEY Tom had a great year adding some wonderful experiences ….Yes, Tom…you went from Bad Ass (Youth in Revolt)… to playing a priest on Freshman Father, then a great role in Little Big Kid, and he is about to try his hand on Psych! Tom Orr Loney had a good year booking a great role on Masters of Horror and Hot Rod!  ANDREW COWNDEN After graduating from CCPA, Andrew has joined CTM and between plays and musicals he has landed parts on both Ex’s and O’s and Eureka. Great start Andrew.  DAVID MUBANDA David enjoyed a nice role recently on One Angry Juror. David got a role on Noah's Arc and Traveller! David's put his amazing basketball skills to use with roles on Like Mike 2 and featured on Much Music for writing, creating and shooting a commercial!.  JONATHAN MUBANDA Jonathan joined his brother recently on the set of One Angry Juror…with a nice Principal role.  PAUL CUMMINGS Great to have Paul back in the swing of things…he booked a nice role on Percy Jackson this last year. Congrats to Paul, adding a baby girl to his credits - Sammy is now 1.5 and cute as a button. In his spare time Paul added Kickin' It Old School to his credits. Paul’s had a good year with roles on Battlestar Gallactica and Tru Calling. This tough guy even did his own stunts. Prior to this year Paul did Animal Miracles and a Coke commercial. Before coming to Vancouver he was a regular on Walker Texas Ranger.  LAUREN KYFLIUK Lauren joined us last fall and booked the very first thing she went out for. Had a great time shooting for 7 days on Seven Deadly Sins…. Good work!  BARRY BOWMAN We are excited to add Barry to our roster….a great voice actor as well as he booked his first role with us on Murder Amongst Friends.  PATRICK BAYNHAM I can’t believe that last time I posted I forgot to mention that Patrick was in MULLIGANS. Sheesh… how could I forget ! This year Patrick is taking a break, sitting back and collecting his residual cheques for Elf and White Chicks! Patrick added a great role on 12 Hours to Live! Catch Patrick on DVD with roles in the comedies Elf and White Chicks.  TOM BULMER Tom has joined us this year and we are happy to report he has booked a role on 7 Deadly Sins and The Big Year, with Owen Wilson, Steve Martin and Jack Black!
